Deputy Minister of Transport, Datuk Haji Hasbi bin Haji Habibollah today visited the GreenFinder booth at Malaysia Maritime Week 2023 (MMW23) held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
Datuk Haji Hasbi received a warm welcome from the GreenFinder team, who wasted no time introducing him to their groundbreaking Fleet and CO2 Calculator software. This software, specifically tailored for the maritime sector, has the capability to estimate the CO2 emissions for one of the country’s fleet components for an individual year. By measuring and analyzing emissions, it will play a crucial role in Malaysia's efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and combat climate change.
Also present were Dato' Normah binti Osman, Timbalan Ketua Setiausaha (Dasar) MOT, Malaysian Shipowners’ Association (MASA) Chairman, Mohamed Safwan Othman, and Dato' Baharin bin Dato' Abdul Hamid, GreenFinder Adviser.
