The Borneo International Maritime Week (BIMW) 2025, hosted by Bintulu Port Authority, was officially launched by Henry Harry Jinep on behalf of Lee Kim Shin.
A key highlight of the ceremony was the launch of BPA’s Air Emission Inventory Management System (AEIMS), a centralized digital platform designed to monitor, calculate, and manage air emissions within Bintulu Port’s operational boundaries.
Developed by Greenfinder Sdn Bhd, AEIMS empowers port authorities with data-driven environmental intelligence, enabling accurate emissions monitoring, regulatory reporting, sustainability planning, and informed decision-making to support Bintulu Port’s green port and decarbonization initiatives.
This milestone marks the start of two days of maritime innovation, collaboration, and progress, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to shape the future of maritime development in Borneo and the BIMP-EAGA region.
