The briefing session is to inform on the formation of the National Preparatory Working Group for the World Radiocommunication Conference 2023 (NPWG-23), which will carry out preparatory work in developing Malaysia’s views and positions towards the World Radiocommunication Conference 2023 (WRC-23).
